At this morning’s meeting the NRC publicly recognized only the opinions/comments of people who have sent an actual letter or email addressed to them (Delia). On that basis, the chair, Judy Zaunbrecher, reported the following “data” so far: 24 comments in favor of more leash restrictions, 20 opposed, and 3 neutral.
